A man from a dating app assaulted me and now I am pregnant?

I am apparently 8 weeks pregnant. The father is random stranger. I met him from a dating app it was our first and last date he took me out on a date and when we went to his car he got violent and he attacked me. He was telling me the whole time that he is interested and wants to take me on a second date etc as if nothing happened. I am now finding out i carry his child wtf should i do?

Well number one file a police report… You got pregnant take responsibility for your actions but you didn’t deserve to be assaulted. I just want you to do what’s best for your child and maybe being around the father of the baby isn’t the best idea. Especially, if after having your baby you know he has violent tendencies. If there was abuse issues I’ve seen the other person get charged.

You need to file a report. I’m not sure I’m confused if it was rape or a consensual encounter. But if it was rape you especially need to file a report. Because he’s going to keep doing this to other women until someone ends up dead.
