I miss it. It gets lonely. Especially if you’ve lost kids when you were pretty young yourself. Its haunting but its also a lot better than city life. When I say alone I mean completely alone in the wilderness. You begin to forget how to socialize especially if you never were that good at it to begin with. When I’m in the city I stare at people too long. There’s a lot of reasons, I’ve had attempts on my life before and I’ve had to fight, and I have gone weeks with only seeing one or two people plenty of times.

No I don’t think so

You can have the illusion of happiness but you’ll never fully taste it until you’re surrounded with people who love you

And yes people are different in that regard

But solitude is never an easy path

It depends on the person and what they want and need. But yes it is possible to live completely alone and be happy. When i started living alone it was a huge relief for me as i no longer had to deal with other people

Living alone is fine. But I don't think that living in isolation is good for your mental health, you need friends and family to communicate with.

yeppers.
I have been single by choice for long periods of time, a couple years.
I just got fed up with the crap women wanted to put you though.
I could come and go as I pleased, didn't have to worry about buying another motorcycle, car parts, going to the races, going for cross country rides on a bike, whatever I wanted to do.
It was easy getting laid if and when I wanted to, but being with the right person is great as well.
The wrong one not so much.
