Man gets angry after being denied?

I talked to this guy from a dating site only once over the phone. After talking to him I really wasn’t interested and I told him instead of just ghosting. He was pissed and called me a cunt. Now I’m a red flag lol. This man won’t stop calling or texting me. I haven’t responded to any of his calls or messages. Am I in the wrong?

No. I wouldn't respond either. If it makes you feel any better the same think happened to me on a dating site. Try to put yourself in thier shoes. I have no idea how many times the woman I turned down had been rejected. I'm guessing either a lot, and or she's not good at taking rejection. Online dating can be a little dehumanizing. Doesn't excuse how they acted though. Rejection isn't fun. But being with someone who doesn't really see your value is even worse. Ya have to just keep reminding yourself it isn't personal. But that's the bad thing about online dating. There are a lot of women with no intent to date ANY guy (save for that rare unicorn that they WILL NOT find on a dating app). This is why I'll tell any guy that if you cannot handle the rejection, either do not use online dating apps, or do not message her first.
