Why is it so easy to make a man angry?

I think it's only overly-sensitive and immature men that get angry very easily but I suspect men are more easily angered while women are more easily sad generally speaking. When men get upset, they more often express anger and frustration, while women in my experience more often express tears and a sense of being overwhelmed.

Is it? I would presume any man who is getting angry quickly lacks emotional self control which is a pretty major quality if being a man.
