I would have thought not because anger is a prelude to violence often. But maybe you aren't meaning anger as in punch the wall angry.
I have expressed strong annoyance a few times and given express instructions to a girl and they later said they respected me for that. Is that more the level you are thinking of?

Then, you would've LOVED my brother! He was pissed off his ENTIRE LIFE!! When he was a baby he SCREAMED HIS HEAD OFF, ALL FUCKING DAY!!! By the time he was two, he had to have a hernia operation because he screamed so much!! He even hated himself!! Shortly before he jumped off a bridge and killed himself, he hit our slightly crippled mother in the arm with a coffee pot full of boiled water!!

You might be turn on for him he might seem dominant or confident to you. I guess if he is not angry at you doesn’t get verbally or physically abusive unless you like that is guess it’s not that weird.
