Is it racist to only give certain races a chance in dating when one is much older and less attractive?

For example, In the adult film industry, It's very common for female performers to refuse doing scenes with black men; when they are in their 20s and at their most attractive. However, a lot of them, when they are in their late 30s and not getting much work suddenly are open to sleeping with black men. Outside of the industry, It's also common to see a similar pattern. For example, there is a certain sub-group of Asian women that spend their 20s only dating and sleeping with white men. If these girls want to settle down in their 30s, and are still single, a lot of them all of a sudden are open to dating Asian guys.

The point being, when these girls are at their best and most confident, they go for the men that they view as the best and discriminate against others. When these girls are in a position where they no longer feel as confident and attractive, a lot of them go for men that they deem "Lesser. " and give them a chance at dating. Hence, why you often here women using the term "Settled".

Now, racism is the view of seeing another race as inferior. Given a lot of women are factoring race when making dating choices, and viewing certain groups as lower on the totem pole than others, wouldn't this be considered racist?

CULTURALLY, not so much racially, a person knows what traditions and values work with theirs and which don't. Attraction is secondary to values in the sense that one might feel VERY ATTRACTED to someone physically and yet their values don't align so there's no long-term thing that can come of it.

Behavior of porn isn't isolated. The issue here is you think the woman in porn aren't real people that exist outside in the world.

Second, you have it backwards with Asian women. Asian women prefer Asian men in their 20s but when they reach 28-30 they're considered "leftover" and Asian men don't want them. That's when most Asian women start dating white men.

The first fact comes from well known reports within agency from co-workers talking about female performers refusing to work with black male performers. James Dean mentions his frustration with this when he transitioned into a director and many girls made enquiries as to whether the guy they were working with is black.

The second study comes from patterns of interracial dating, which group men find most attractive on dating site, as well as, a study which showed that Asian men face dating discrimination in early adulthood.
