How would you deal with someone that drinks liquor everyday in the mornings and night?

it's easy.
You have to set your limits of what behavior you will and will not tolerate and stick to it.
If they are willing to change, and you are unwilling to accept them for what they do, then it is time to move on.
Most times, but not always, alcohol abuse starts out slowly and progressively gets worse.
Is that the type of person you want to be with?

Honestly no it's too much for me to deal with. Especially worried how he act around our son and he's only 2

sounds like you have a decision to make.
Look out for the safety and well-being of your son as well as yourself, or stay and live with the consequences of your actions.
Remember kids are not stupid, they see and know what is happening.
If you stay, and he only gets worse that is what your son view as a normal relationship, and he will most likely repeat what he has seen and learned as a child in his relationships with women. Just like daddy did it.
SO unless you want that to happen, you need to break the chain now.
You need to think about the health safety and welfare of the child above all others.
