What causes someone to lose interest? ?

Lack of further interesting stimulation for me. For instance, I really like a Total war game because there's always new things to learn. Like how to counter mounted archers, ambushing by night, new troop formations, and Naval combat with total war: Empire. There's always new challenges, and i enjoy it so much, so I love those games.

If it was something that just didn't tickle my fancy, it would be because the new challenges stop coming
