Like someone who was flirty before but has since lacked interest. Not flirty or chatty anymore much more casual?
Is it. Lack of interest being shown back? They heard something about you? They started to fancy someone else?

She probably outgrew that dynamic for one reason or another. After a while these things become repetitive, and if you aren’t acting on your crush then things also become stagnant, not moving in any direction just this weird mindset that when you see her at work there will be some flirting.
It makes one wonder though something fascinating. If it was "true" aka a real interest, a real attraction and so forth - then broadly it's astounding how it doesn't last. Lol 😆
I agree a lot of people both men and women that they wanted to get to know someone deeper. Such as trying to make small talk but the other person alwhas ends the conversation
Flirting but it never goes any further then that. Eventually people I suppose just tend to start moving on when they don’t feel like feelings are either reciprocated or nobody makes a move
Or it was purely lust lol on a bad day / feeling needing relief day : you know the way anyone latches onto a coping mechanism - coffee, soda, a new city lol 😆
@NicholasRedone now that question is a LOT easier to answer. Most people don’t form deep attachments (I say most people because some do) before they really get to know someone.
A lot of times I feel like people flirt but it never goes anywhere so they have the same mindset that…. If someone was really interested in me. They would show interest back and when they don’t.. people tend to move on to someone who does.
Also people sometimes “crush” on multiple people. Feelings can easily come and go too.
@NicholasRedone it’s a lot worse in my opinion when someone gets too attached before knowing someone…. Creating a false picture in his/her head is what she/he is really like. Just to meet them and he like…. Ehhhhh
Sometimes people don't know what sarcasm is or thing a normal conversation is actually something more. These types of people tend to be the ones who run around that they are in a relationship when they aren't
I do agree people take things the wrong way. I notice it’s the same people who take things as flirting that isn’t are the same ones who… Miss it when someone is

Unpleasantness (poor attitude, too much baggage, lack of emotional intelligence/availability, cheating, etc.)
Good answer
It could have been they were just wanting attention. I do that often where I will flirt with guys when I am lonely or needing validation but then when I am not lonely anymore and not really seeking anything, I ditch them since I never had any real interest.
It’s just cowardly of you and you don’t want people doing that to you. Because I assume when there are dudes you’re interested in who all the sudden drop off without exclamation it probably hurts.
Because men do that shit too who are losers
I don't drag it out for months like men do. I only do it for like a week or two so they don't get that attached then I find a new one. Guys already done it to me so I just don't care anymore. I don't trust anyone and I do what I want..
Eh sone women drag it out too but it depends. Some people feed off the attention
The word gets around and they wonder why nobody serious wants them
I guess so.. but I don't do it in real life I only do it online for fun.. The guys I flirt with in real life I actually like, but I will never make a move so it doesn't actually matter lol.
I see
I learned this tip from Jared psych: people usually lose interest when they feel taken for granted, not challenged, or when the excitement and mystery fade. Keeping things playful, curious, and balanced helps keep connection alive.
I agree. But it takes two people
One person can’t put everything in
For me it was that he stopped looking for me... so I started to look for him. But i felt he tried to just establish a more cordial friendship. Later I found out he had a girlfriend, so I wonder if the girlfriend got word that he was (and I was too without knowing he had a girlfriend) being flirty and that we sought out each other. Probably why he stopped.
If the dude is a momma's boy. In the past I did dated guys my own age category honestly I felt like their mother instead of the girlfriend. If they put their mother first before the girlfriend they're done.
Yeah I don’t like it when I’m a girls father either it’s weird
I understand taking care of one another but when it feels one sided
If you have had sex with him, then it's over. If you haven't had sex, then he's having sex with someone else. Move on, he's not interested in you
Why even have sex with someone? But yeah I’m that way if someone starts pushing sex I just move on
I’m the queen of this when I like a guy I start oversharing, get too needy and overthinking things. Guys who were once begging for me walk away 😂
I do understand this and people need to be careful too who they share too much information with. As two people get to know one another that’s one thing. But I also see it as a red flag when someone starts telling me wayyyy too much too soon. As well as becomes too clingy and needy early on.
I understand compatibility is a issue as well. Some people need more space while some are more clingy that’s not a bad thing. If people aren’t meant to be should split peacefully.
But when it’s way too soon I see the issue.
So being clingy isn’t necessarily a bad thing. As long as you find someone else whose clingy too.
As far as oversharing. Just be cautious who you’re trusting with too much information. The same goes if someone starts doing that to you too. You never know what information someone could use agaisnt you later.
You’re right I should be more careful about that! Thanks for your response!
You’re welcomen
Sorry wrong response
When i see how they treat the wait staff. It shows me how they treat people.
The only time I’m ever rude to wait staff is if they’re rude to me without cause. But I also agree when someone’s a ass to people unprovoked or turns me off too and retail
Your correct answer a bro helping a bro. Never argue :) 👿👿🤭
In other words bro your answer was right up until your second sentence about "but" 😂
I mean just don't be rude nuts I misread your first answer - just smile and acceptance and don't back chat the staff lol 😆
Sometimes it's just they wanted to pass the time other times they may have found someone they found a better connection with
when you realize he is the same with all the women he talks to
I'm always astounded that it doesn't last because if humans genuinely feel that lust at first glance or that supposed love at first sight - then "why" should it "fade" over a period (lol) of time? Indeed 😊 why.
Texting me every minute of the day, so many girls say they want a man with purpose and a man with a plan, but then they want all of his attention, how the hell can we get things done when they are always messaging us or always want to talk?
Finding out he's a hoe.
I feel that one lol. But it’s funny how man whores want a virgin and whores want a good decent man who doesn’t womanize.
People want their cake and eat it too. They want to live the best of both worlds but what does the other person get out of that? They act shocked when people who aren’t like that don’t want them
@josey29 or he can't take hints - or he comes across, like you say, that he may be a tease, he may actually be too weird or even too old / different life stage. Or even "maybe he's taken / maybe he's better as just a fantasy" that's never acted on she says to herself brain 🧠 female brain 🧠👀
@josey29 or some women are as flakey as the men : what if he loves me loves me not 🚫 🌹
@josey29 oh were talking about a literal man here? Oh. Or if not - what about if a man or the literal man ever made your heart beat? Or you find out turns out it was all not true. Ah well I don't wanna get into specifics lol. Are you like a 20s chick who's preference is one man for life! Whoever that 1 lucky man ever is
A high value woman. Right there 😉 who doesn't settle for less 👀
@josey29 would I be correct, m no flirt from me. I mean that you consider yourself high value and not for just any man? Unless he's high value himself or had a aura 🫠🫠
The truth is always the best…. Look. If people aren’t compatible they aren’t but it’s better then hiding stuff for so long and
Like if you have self control then yeah it’s reasonable to want someone else who dies
*does not dies.
Lots of things, man. Could be a timing issue. Could be something the person said or did. Sometimes it's nothing that you did, the person just woke up one day and wasn't feeling it anymore.
@ProbablyClueless or they're thinking "why did he have to show up in my stage of life now versus my stage of life shrug"
being taken for granted, the other person did not seem interested so they moved on and found someome else, or someone else found them.
A realisation that they’re incompatible in some way, such as incompatible interests.
When they lose interest first. It isa real turn off.
