MAKE him? Don't do that. If he wants to kiss you, he'll do it.

If you're trying to tempt him into kissing you:

• Smile while he's talking and don't say too much...
• Slow down your energy and while you're listening to him talk, occasionally look down at his mouth then up at his eyes and smile a little. Don't rush anything.
• Silently bring his attention to something, touch his arm/shoulder a little.
• Lean in towards his ear and softly ask for a small favor, "Jim, can you get the bartender's attention? I'd like a glass of water." or "Jim, what time is it?" Once you've leaned in, stay that way. Wait for him to look you in the eye and answer.
• While you're close, look at his lips for a second then back into his eyes.

If he doesn't get the hint after that then you'd have to check that he has a pulse.
