I am currently single and don’t have much luck with dating lately?

My older coworker/ friend who I work with seems like she is too invested in my relationship status as in if I’m dating anyone that I need to go out more man don’t really approach woman anymore and basically I need to do something about it bc I’m not very outgoing my self yet she is currently going through a divorce and this whole conversation just been very annoying tbh I’ve been trying to shut this topic before but she is very good at bringing it up sometimes and knows I don’t like talking about it or likes to mention about this one guy I’ve mentioned earlier how I don’t like him but he likes me and keeps saying how I’ve missed my chance and he was the one for me and likes to bring him up I don't know am I overthinking?

I guess like I’ve said tho she’s my work colleague friend so we do share personal stuff a lot but it do seem like she being nosy bc she brings this one guy up a lot and keeps saying I’ve missed my chance with him and that he was the one for me from god
