There are organizations that deal with that very issue. It is absurd to think that Downs patients do not sexually mature. Nature writes no Hall passes on that one. Female patients will want to carry children and males will want to be fathers. Studies have shown that they are actually very good parents. They realize their limitations and accept help readily. I don't know how it happens but they do deliver children without Downs
