So I’m in a relationship with a Filipino man and I’m a white woman. I’m just confused if it has to do with us being interracial or I don’t know he was just trying to be funny. He he was telling me on text that he wish my breasts were smaller, and I kind of got confused when he said that my question is do you think culturally that’s what a Filipino man think I’m just confused or it has nothing to do with race?

There has to have been something more significant that he’s done in the past. Otherwise it looks so odd comparing him wishing you had a smaller chest to being an interracial couple, or him feeling some way about your race. If nothing else has happened then this looks like you projecting your own insecurities.
