Why is it so hard to accept for people that young women like older men?

Young women 18 plus love older men In their 30s, 40s and 50s.

Sure some don't like it, but many do. But people get triggered by it, it's weird.

Because it challenges social expectations and stereotypes.

Society often assumes relationships should be age-symmetric, or that older men pursuing younger women are taking advantage. When young women choose older men willingly, it can trigger judgment, jealousy, or moral policing even if the relationship is healthy and consensual.

The discomfort comes from assumptions about power, intention, and “proper” dynamics, not the reality of attraction itself.

Many young men live with the delusion that they have everything a woman would want. What they don't understand is most men under 30 are immature brats. Most will grow up eventually, but sadly some never do.

It is mostly gen X and millennial women that have a problem with it. They are mad because younger women are fine with men playing video games (the most hated hobby of most gen x and millennial women) and plenty of younger women share that interest with older men. They also don't like the competition of someone that hasn't ruined their own life by getting ran through and having kids from multiple guys because they know they will never be on their level.
