I met a nice woman who is willing to give me a chance. But I find her ugly tbh and I don’t wanna have sex with her. But I don’t want looks to matter this much. How to handle this?

Be honest with yourself first.

Physical attraction isn’t everything, but it does matter in romantic relationships. You can’t force it , but it can grow if there’s:
• emotional connection
• respect
• shared values
• positive experiences together

If you feel zero attraction and it doesn’t grow, it’s kinder to admit it than drag it out.

You really don't. If you aren't attracted to her then don't waste her time. You'll only end up resenting her in the end and lowering her self esteem. Don't do it just because she is willing to give you a chance. Wait and find someone you are more attracted to and make things work. That doesn't mean you need a supermodel, but you do need someone who you have a connection with and don't resent something like looks.

If you don't want looks to matter, ask yourself whether she has anything else that might attract you. Does she have a nice voice? Does she have a distinctive laugh which she can't control? Do you like her hands, and the way she trims and polishes her nails? Does she have a nice figure, even if you don't like her face? Sometimes one can find beauty and sexiness in other traits for features.
