Guys, I made my boyfriend a Valentine’s Day present and he won’t let me give it to him. What should I do?

I’ve been wracking my brain trying to figure out what to do for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and decided on taking some naughty yet tasteful pictures with Polaroids and making him an album of them. I bought new lingerie, I decorated the room so that the background looked nice. It took me a long time and a lot of effort to get them looking just right and getting the album ready. I brought up to my boyfriend that I had something for him on Valentine’s Day and he said that he didn’t want me to spend any money on him and he didn’t want anything. I said that I made him something and again he said that he didn’t want me to do anything for him. The way he was responding to me hinted that he didn’t want anything from me because he didn’t want to have to get me anything. I didn’t want anything in return, I didn’t do it for that. I just made him the album to show my love, but his response made me feel bad. What should I do? Should I give him the album or just keep it myself?
