It's almost like, have you ever been out dancing and it's kind of a fast song, but you both feel the rhythm, can you slow that fast out into a slow dance that it's still on beat.

You are still in rhythm with it, but in slow slow motion in a way. You're different than everybody else because\n You feel that moment that music different than everybody else you become and with every smile , every touch , everything you do , you are one together , but not bringing attention to yourself just flowing

Yes, it's like being in a zone where everything is just clicking along perfect. And that's how it would be. I meanyou allow yourself to go there so you can take it even easier. And then it just becomes reality

Just listen attentively, be respectful of my boundaries and lets have a nice chat. lets look each other in the eyes and respectfully talk. if this is a relationship or very close friendship, maybe consider hugs or rubbing my arm or something as im talking if its particularly difficult. Incorporating touch can help tremendously for me personally.

• They ask about me -- how i'm doing, if my day went well, etc. -- regularly.
• We chat with each other and take one another's advice to heart.
• They show that they care who I am with and what's happening to me.
• They are proud to be around me and tell other people positive things.
• They remember things I've said.
• They reciprocate acts of kindness I've performed for them.
• (etc etc along those lines.)

I think for me, it’s the way someone recognize, remember, and addresses the things I didn’t expect or I may have put my heart into rather it’s big, teeny, or meaningful. To feel like someone genuinely wants to be here to actively listen to me, understand me, accepts me for me, and respects me. Knowing the impactful ways I bring to them rather it’s my words, the way I made them feel, or my actions. I agreed with you on having those hard conversations and overcoming them together. Thoughtful gestures, recognition, gifts, or reciprocation also helps as well.

Someone would make me feel seen by really paying attention listening without interrupting, remembering small details, and responding with understanding rather than trying to fix everything. Showing up consistently, asking thoughtful questions, and acknowledging my feelings without judgment would matter more than big gestures. Even a simple “I hear you, and it makes sense” can go a long way.
