Well, if I come across a gorgeous looking woman with super short, Boy cut hairstyle then I will just look at her from a distance but will never say anything to her.

I wouldn't do anything. Not even compliment her. Sometimes i just freeze unable to make a move lol

I would say something like a compliment if they was looking nice ( in a respectful way though) , sometimes compliments can make a persons day
