How would you feel if your partner pointed out attractive people to you?

As in, they see a particularly attractive gal/guy and they want you to check them out as well.

My wife does it generally with women (and the occasional guy) she thinks are gorgeous and sometimes shows me some model's Instagram or Twitter she stumbled into. At first I was a bit hesitant, not sure if it was a test or whatnot when she pointed a particularly attractive girl and asking me if I found her attractive as well, now I just know she simply appreciates attractive people and wants me to "feast my eyes" as well.

Not a problem. I appreciate nice things, people, animals. So we do talk about how they look, dress, how they carry themselves if we happen to see some nice looking guys/gals.
I remember have dinner at a very nice restaurant with my hubby. I noticed an elegant lady dining with her daughter. You can tell they were well manner and held their dinnerware in a certain way. Their mannerism are from a higher class.
I have seen gentleman in nice shoes and his suit is well put together. I share these with my hubby.

Most people are small fish in the world of attractiveness, of which more is actually objective than people are willing to admit.

Naturally we would humbly accept our place in the world and appreciate beauty wherever we see it. The more, the better. Especially when it is the direct result of self-care, conscientiousness, and good taste—that anyone is capable of. These are positive things that deserve appreciation.

My bigger concern is if she pointed out an attractive female to me, because there is a very low chance that my partner would be attractive herself. I'd have to kill the conversation for her sake! And remind her that there is only one person like her.

My husband and I both do it. We both appreciate beauty. I think a lot depends on how it's done. I mean, if it's accompanied by excessive drooling and baying at the moon, then no. If it's just a casual, off hand comment, no problem.
