Yeah, people tell me, or I hear people say a lot that he/she is fine

For sure, I just think they would be a lot of people's types

I think they would be viewed very differently, I think some would view them as attractive, some would view them as below average, some would view them as decent, a couple might view them as repulsive

Nah, even though I obviously think they are attractive

It depends, some days they look cute, have their hair kempt, dress well, but other days, they look like a mess, like when they don't shave, comb their hair, etc

He wasn't exactly handsome, but he had a great, fun, personality. I'll tell you though, he sure knew how to get the women! He just had something about him that women liked. He was a ladies man.
I can say that I was very attracted to him the first night I met him, and each time I saw him, it just got stronger and stronger.

My last girlfriend was a transwoman and even I didn't expect to end up with her, I wasn't attracted to her at first. But I'm very easily convinced if someone has a great personality. We were friends at first and the spark was just there. And my friends did not say she was ugly but they had respect for me that I had the balls to be myself like that.
Meaning they probably thought it was a odd choice 😂
But she was really great. She still is, but the hormones changed her a lot. I really saw myself growing old with her.

Oh, but yeah, everybody comments on her. Had a somewhat awkward interaction with a pizza store guy I was friendly with, and he saw my girl outside on a bench and he just gets distracted from our conversation and goes “oh my god, I’m sorry…. that girl out there on the bench with the flower in her hair just took my breath away…”, and I had to be like “oh…hahaha…that’s actually my girlfriend…”, and then he of course is like “oh my god, I’m sorry”, but obviously that’s no big deal.

I remember walking a little behind her when we were headed into a club for her birthday one year, and this car full of guys starts slow cruising by, and one of the windows was down. I’m like “Awesome. These guys are going to say something, I’M going to have to say something, and I’m either going to jail or getting stomped out by four dudes and sent to the ER, either way, her birthday is ruined before it got started.” But I was relieved when they continued past her, then the driver says to ME: “your woman is FINE, bro. Respect.” Lmfao, crisis averted.

Sometimes it could be a problem when we were younger just because I’m not jealous but I am protective, and pretty much any time we went to a bar or a party and I left her for even a minute, dudes would start taking a run at her, and obviously you know how that can go from there.

She had a sort of androgynous face, wide jaw, and she was a bit plump. I find androgyny extremely attractive and didn't mind her weight at all, but most people probably would've called her average at best. Garbage personality, but she was pretty to me.

Probably not. Not in the general sense. Both my current OH and ex had attractive elements, but are both a little heavy set. By today's societies obsession with thinness they would be judged quite harshly

And I went out with a fat man. But I didn't do it consciously meaning he also (or at least I thought he did) possess "good" qualities like him being around my age (only 9 months older). I also thought he was good looking enough to a degree. We were both into video games (but he was way more obssessed than I was). He lived fairly close by (an hour give or take). He actually had a car and was formally educate. He also looked like he came from a normal non-divorced family, no history of violence domestic or otherwise. He WAS leaning towards leftism so that was a problem, but other than that... I thought it was divine intervention in a way... but sadly he left me after only five months.. even met him here on G@G.
