You can show your personality, meet beyond your social circle, and be clear about intentions.

But they also increased competition.
More access not necessarily easier.

I see what you mean about the numbers aspect, especially with the scale dating apps created.

But, I think reducing people to a numbers game misses the point of what makes connections meaningful.

Access may increase the chances of meeting someone, but genuine compatibility still depends on personality, values, and how 2 people relate to each other.

@MontBlanc Nah again you're looking at it from the female lens. Guys dont need connections and the other stuff you mentioned. If the girl is hot and we can have sex with her thats all we care about.

@anonymous Thats an odd thing for someone who never dated 10, 20 years ago to say. Women used to have all the advantages in dating back then because men would have to take time and effort to find and then physically approach them. Now guys can literally go through 100's of women right from the comfort of their homes.

@kimmyschmit I've seen both and in a way its sad for women they get flooded w/ DR'S from guys they dont want whereas a man only needs one yes from a woman to get what he wants.

@kimmyschmit Its always been like that for men, however at least now guys have another lead source that allows them to attract women. 20 years ago, you would have to go up and approach each individual woman, now you can cycle through tons of beautiful women until you get a yes.

Cycle through tons of beautiful women all of whom ignore you, then there's all the ghost profiles. Thats profiles of women who aren't single anymore or just dont look at the dating app.

@kimmyschmit If you mean me personally, thats false I've banged countless women off dating apps, its not that difficult. Perhaps its tougher for the guys you know because younger guys haven't built up enough value, regardless dating apps are still an excellent way for them to practice and gain more experience with women.
