The best way is to work on yourself. Be someone you find attractive. Go to the gym. You don't have to get a 6 pack but that little extra tightness in your body from going 3 days a week will make a huge difference.

Eat a little healthier. Woman notice if you look unhealthy.

Socialize more. Women are very sensetive to guys who are unskilled socially. You don't have to be the center of attention. Just able to hold a convo.

Be honest. Honesty and boldness I think are the traits that are most commonly shared (or at least precieved) by the guys who get attention from women the most.
