Why is that they don’t want to date someone autistic and also why do most people ghost them after sex if they try to hook up?

The word autistic somes it up entirely. Neuro Divergence or brain activity that is outside of the norm. No one strives for abnormal. There has never been a person whos goal is abnormality. That doesn't mean an autistic person will never find love but it will certainly be more challenging. As I have said many times you need to know where you stand with someone before you lay with them so holding off on sexual gratification until developing a firm rooted relationship will help prevent undesired outcomes.

I can only talk about myself but for me I would worry that everyone would think I’m taking advantage of the autistic girl. It wouldn’t be true but people would think that.

Depends on how deep in the spectrum you are. Sometimes that shit isn't cute and quirky, it's downright annoying. Like the difference between sweet and loving trains, and having to explain shit 9 times because they aren't understanding you

That's just dating in general. Most relationships don't last. If you are going to be seriously disappointed if you have sex and the relationship ends, then don't have sex soon after meeting someone.
