What’s the wildest way someone has ever approached you?

I don’t think I’ve shared this here because it happened 3-4 months ago on my birthday and shared it to my partner then instead.

I was having a girls’ party at some fancy restaurant , I’ll keep it anonymous, and there was a guy having a date in front of our table with the prettiest Asian woman.

I sat facing him and I am generally a smiley person so whenever I caught his eyes and he smiled I smiled back. Then he had this little eye flirting thing going on with me :) Which to me was amusing, because he was literally on a date.

And… 🥁🥁🥁 As soon as that girl left to the bathroom, he rushed to me, and asked me “Do I know you? You seem so familiar to me. Do you by any chance live in New York too?”

I said I don’t… Then he quickly asked my number so that he’d take me out on dinner sometime. 😂

That girl came out of the bathroom and saw that guy by my table. I felt kind of bad but also was an ego boost especially that I turned 29 that day and was kind of worried about that. Of course I didn’t give my number because I was in a relationship with someone else. But it was very sneaky of him and a strange experience for me.

I got reminded of this story by another question that said men no longer approach the women…

They do approach, some are so sneaky they even do that while literally on a date with another girl, the only secret - to make them is to just :)

When I first got married I used to get gas for my car at a specific gas station in town. I had a company issued credit card so I went there at least once a week. There was a girl that worked there. I think that she was a student atone of the nearby colleges because she always seemed to be doing school work. I guess we sort of flirted with each other.
One day at work I got a phone call. It was this girl. She said that she found me from the credit card slips that I signed.
She invited me to a party that her and her roommates were giving. I told her that I was , married. She got embarrassed but I told her that it was impressive ho she tracked me down.
I started going to a different gas station after that.

she saw me talking to this other girl at a party/reunion and after she left, my ex DID ASK FIRST... if she was my girlfriend, and when I said no, we were just talking

she just jokingly said "okay, now you're mine"

and then we got serious for a few years... lol

That’s hilarious… and yes I've experienced similar situations but… I’m always turned off by that. I put myself in the other girls shoes and I think, “I wouldn’t want a guy that would do that while I use the restroom.”

So I politely reject lol…

Well, while at a nice place sitting at the lounge bar area, a woman sits to the seat on my right. I am
Largely focused on my glass of wine between chit-chat with my bartender friend. Then I feel this tongue lick my cheek coming from the woman who sat to my right. I turn and then she kisses me…. At least she was attractive. Anyway, then she introduces herself. Nuttiest introduction I ever had.

I don’t know about most wild, but a gay dude approached me in Target while I was looking at spears of fruit and asked me if “I was getting off work?” Didn’t know the guy. Straight dudes don’t give a fuck about other random strange dudes like that. Responded “Yup”, and walked off. Guess he thought I was fruity.
