I’ve talked to this guy before, he reached out to me first, but things just simply didn’t work, and I unfollowed him (this was almost 2 years ago). Two months ago, I started following him, but he didn’t follow back, so I unfollowed him again. Recently (3 days ago), he sent me a following request, I accepted it and followed him back. Now, he liked my story but won’t reach out like he did last time. What does this mean?
