When I say high maintenance I mean someone who has high standards probably wants to be taken out on dates regularly expects you to pay for things and maybe looks after herself and has a lot of up keep, maybe expects princess treatment being pampered etc would it put you off swiping them on dating apps even if you find them attractive?

so you could say good and bad traits not saying there not caring or a nice person and don’t look after you back just mean they have high expectations of their life and what you do for them

The key for me, yes a lot of these women ARE attractive, if they grew up in a healthy environment and strong family dynamic… they will see out a higher value man, and they should. And no matter, I absolutely will try to slide into the picture… Us guys are easy. We see a pretty girl who’s put-together and BOOM… man, we’re in. “Meet me for coffee at 2 o’clock” ya know… 😆

But as much as they may look the part and say they’re ready for a serious connection/relationship, it doesn’t mean that she is… There are a lot of great dudes out there working hard, and doing the best they can, and you mean to tell me none of them are good enough for her? It almost tells me she’s looking for something that she very likely isn’t going to find, especially when she’s pretty and yet, approaching 28, 30… 34… getting older now… biological clock is ticking… 🤨 Right?

Like, after a certain point, it’s time to get serious. It’s BEEN time… The romantic tale of Prince Charming might not go exactly how you think it does. Because at the end of the day, we’re all just people man… nobody is perfect.

For instance, I know how to treat a lady but I might not even know (or forget) to do something on your “romantic checklist” a few times here and there… but why are you even still keeping score? Not to mention, everything is EXPENSIVE nowadays (and I can give you strong reasoning and understanding as to why that is, because I see what’s happening in the world)... can we not just be together and enjoy each other’s company and the time we have?

And we’re both capable, grown adults... so if I carry a portion of the interaction, can you as well, and reciprocate? I like to feel like I’m talking to a real person too… engaged in the conversation, not just scoffing with arms crossed because I’m not 100% interesting and entertaining her, 100% of the time… What if something didn’t go according to plan? Do you have the ability to compromise? Do you have that chill, “go with the flow” kind of mentality, or is “the whole night ruined” and I’m met with attitude for the rest of the evening?

A lot of women have all these demands, but what are they REALLY doing to fulfill their end of the bargain? Being a reasonable and tolerable human being, sitting across the opposite side of the table would be a good place to start. Because see, I had a good upbringing too… I have set standards and expectations as well, and I know how people should act… It’s very simple.

Yea I would pass on her , I can’t stand girls’ that think their shit doesn’t stink , that think they were put on Earth to be catered to , She brings no value into my life whatsoever, she would just drain my bank account and put me in the hole if she wasn’t a team player. I only date girls’ that have their shit together , that are perfectly capable of supporting themselves , because I don’t pursue a girl for her money whatsoever, I pursue her for her heart and beauty and want her to be my partner not a user. High maintenance girls’ are users that take advantage of people to get their way , but when she no longer gets her way , she turns against you and acts like you no longer exist to her , because she is a user and she will run to another guy and spread her legs for him , hoping he will take care of her instead. Girls’ like that are trash to me , because they have no dignity or respect for anyone but themselves. All she is worried about is status , which status means absolutely nothing , because no one actually gives a flying fuck about it whatsoever . I honestly feel bad for people that think it does , they are stuck in some fantasy world that they have plotted in their head. if they actually looked at the world around them and stopped face planting themselves into their phones , they will realize it means nothing. Don’t get me wrong we all like having money but money doesn’t buy love , I prefer love over money any day

Well I think  some  guys actually enjoy pampering a woman… and it could just be how they show love…  But  there’s a difference between wanting to treat someone well and feeling like it’s expected or owed. Once it starts feeling like a role you have to play instead of something you want to do… it kind of loses the appeal…

For most men with self respect it’s off putting to say the least….. These women really repulse the type of men they want they either get men who are desperate or just using her for sex or a man who simply lacks any self respect.

Having standards a good thing but being entitled and having standards for yourself but also demanding someone you want chooses you is another story.

Typically these women become bitter because most the men who do entertain it end up leaving them or those women aren’t ever happy and leave…. These women aren’t entitled for a man to choose them by any means or do any of this stuff. People who think the opposite sex owes them something is repulsive.

Men who want a genuine connection and bond don’t want women who act this way. But the more intelligent narcissists aren’t so honest and are harder to spot. That’s the real issue….. at least someone whose overt is easy to spot.

These relationships are generally very one sided and nothing really in it for the other person just being frank. What do I get from the relationship?

I don't mind treating a woman like a queen if she is willing to treat me like a king. But I'm not putting her up on a pedestal, telling her she has all the power and can call all the shots. Standards are great whether they are for yourself or others. I have no problem with that. But in my mind a "Princess" is someone whose standards are as shallow as she is and she takes it too far. A princess prioritizes...

Clothes
Makeup
Accessories like designer handbags
Her hair
Shoes
Being the center of attention
Never getting her hands dirty
Never having to deal with anything unpleasant

It's all self absorbed attention focused on "me me me". That generally leaves very little time and empathy for a man or her female friends. If she expects to be pampered constantly when is she gonna have time to return the favor? She's probably useless in a crisis because "Barbie" has never been forced to deal with adversity. She's always had someone erase the bad stuff from her life.

So, Princess Barbie is great to look at. But she sucks your time and resources like a black hole. She needs constant validation. She has no idea what accountability is because no one has ever held her accountable. And she's pretty much useless for anything meaningful in life. So yeah, a high maintenance "Princess" puts me off. I couldn't put up with her nonsense long enough to fuck her once.

Having standards is fine but whatever standards you place on someone else you had better be able to meet yourself.

And I'm fine with treating a woman to a point. But if treating her puts me in the red then I won't do it. Because at the end of the day I'm gonna look out for myself first and foremost. Unless we're married that's different because she's my responsibility to take.

But I ain't gonna put any woman on a pedestal and if she wants me to invest my time and hard earned money into her she needs to earn that and show to me that she's worth that investment.
