I would do neither.

I'm assuming that she has some sort of cognitive impairment or diminished capacity if she has only mentally progressed to the level of a teenager.

With that being the case, then she would not have the capacity to reasonably consent, either, which would make it ethically wrong, at the very least, and illegal at worst. I would never take advantage of someone in that position.

Now there's a difference between being young at heart and just being immature.

I personally am too much of an old fuddy-duddy. I'm quite certain long term me and her would not do well. But some guys my age might like that. Just not me.

And no to sex. If I'm not getting the whole package, love, intimacy, commitment, sex, I'm not interested.
