What do you think the opposite gender needs to change for dating to work?

I’m not to sure if it’s just a product of modern times and social media but I think a lot of modern woman especially in America have lost the plot and become very self centered and bad at communication in every sense of the word.

This isn’t all woman of course but far to many and it shows like sometimes I genuinely can’t tell if there just a weird disconnect between how men and woman navigate the world or if maybe since I’m a guy and I’ve been around a lot of guys my whole life from friend groups to school and work that I’m just used to how we interact with each other but. I’m currently in a female dominate work space.

And some of the staff that’s said isn’t shocking because it’s stuff I hear woman say on the regular but it’s mind boggling and my interactions with woman has been largely negative in terms of dating and even just regular interactions

It’s just weird I truly feel like you woman are consuming just negative content about men online and taking it as gospel and I don’t get why when a lot of what’s online is false.

Even some sentiments like cooking and cleaning a lot do these girls don’t wanna cook or clean for there boyfriends or husbands period or for the ones who do it’s like under specific conditions like you have to be married first or actually dating.

I think things on both sides have gotten over complicated and weird in dating but it’s genuinely concerning the stuff I hear.

Honestly? I'd say about 30% of the women are good.

30% need to get with the times. If you are not a traditional woman (and even if you are, this is largely not that traditional world anymore). You need realize it takes 2 incomes typically to raise a family now. This means both genders need to be more flexible with their roles. Why am I bringing up marriage and whatnot? Isn't that the ultimate goal? If you start off treating dating equally then what follows isn't a shock to you. This means if you're attracted to a guy and he isn't catching your hints, you need to be asking him out. If you're dating and he's short of cash and can't afford to take you out, you can cough up a little funds, look I'm not suggesting you to CARRY him. And it would be bad for you to try. But as I said this is not a traditional world anymore. Unless you're as virginal as the driven snow you have NO RIGHT to expect he's going to fit perfect mold you've created in your head.

And 40% of the women are just f***ed. There is no helping this 40%. They were f***ed from their formative years. They do not exercise good judgement and do not take responsibility for their poor choices. It would be best if these women just opted out of dating altogether. But we know they won't do that. So in this case it's up to the men! Learn to spot these women early and avoid them altogether.

I think young guys need to eliminate the idea that young girls should change to make guys happy, and young girls need to eliminate the idea that young guys should change to make girls happy. Dating is NOT a search for the ideal person who will make you happy in every possible way. Give up on that idea! Dating is a search for a person who you like, just as they are, including their flaws, and you love them so much that you will tolerate their weird little quirks. . . and they feel the same way about you and all your weirdness.

Women need better morals and BOTH men and women need to agree to not have a smartphone for a relationship to have a significantly higher chance of long term success.
