Dating in the work place - yay or nay?

When you date in the workplace you take the grave risk of making things super awkward of worse toxic if or when you breakup.

Most companies have policies against dating coworkers especially between management and underlings or (insert fancy job title for not a boss here). Now even if you don't care to drink the corporate kool-aid, the consequences of being found out are: termination and or transfer.

Now for the number of you who found your spouse at work, congratulations. Tell me, has there ever been conflict at home because of some shit you said to them at work?

Which brings me to my final reason, work-you and home-you should NEVER mix. (unless you have home business - But even that brings on a whole new set of problems.)

A lot of people have met their partner at their job. I wouldn't do that right now. Even though I work for a different department, there isn't anyone there I would want to be with anyway. Besides, it also comes with so many risks. My job doesn't have that clause, though.

Its a USA thing Kraken , but the problem is some bean counter reads it , and it slowly seeeeeppps across the Globe.. Fck em mate , its not corporates place. And , I dont want any of my investment companies to have this clause , including RIO.

Nasty breakup in the workplace - what happens? Universally speaking production decreases and a domino effect of bad shit usually turns into criminal charges or worse a funeral.
