Do some girls like you but still never ask to hang out?

Only about 7 to 10% of women will do this my man. If a woman is being chummy it means one of two things 1. She likes you and expects you to ask her out. Or 2. (And this is the LARGER of the two.) She only likes your attention. She's not interested in you, she doesn't want to know you or anything. But she just like messing with you, seeing your reaction, and the attention you give her. If she's hot and cold with you this number 2 is likely her.

There is no right answer to this. If a woman really likes you she's going to say yes just to hanging out. But some women want that clarity. But again, as I said if she really likes you, she'll be fine with just hanging out.

Well I do think maturity definitely plays a role. I don't want say women vs. girl, because the older a female gets the more secure she SHOULD be. And IMHO that's really what we're talking about here. Because a woman either likes you or she doesn't. If she likes you she'll want to be around you. But an insecure, immature woman will expect you to make some sort of a commitment to her. See, it's mostly ego with her. While an older more mature, secure woman will just want to know more about you. It's not a ego check for her.
But now you add into all that personal experiences and biases. Younger girls have not lived long enough to be jaded. And older women have been around long enough to have formulated all kinds of biases against men.
If I've got you thoroughly confused at this point... yeah.😆

I wouldn't worry so much about age. Expect that older women SHOULD be more mature. But if you look at women on this site I think it proves pretty conclusively that age does not always mean more mature.
My advice to you is treat everyone as blank canvas and react as you go. Unless she gives good reason to think otherwise.

The most common thing with me is women asking mutual friends to introduce them to me. Or friends just taking it upon themselves to introduce me to their single female friends. To the point I've had to have a conversation with friends about not doing that unless they clear it with me first. It's just awkward when I have a woman pushed at me when I have zero interest. It can kill an entire night out.
