Not after the first time, because I think that’s an opportunity for the couple to get to know each other better. Ask questions, try things, if the compatibility is there then the interest in having better sexual experiences would most likely be there too. However if they’re never able to have better sex then yeah, I could say that’s cause to breakup. It could signal deeper issues, like dwindling attraction or the interest lessening with each bad encounter.

Depends on what happened exactly. Were they awkward? They might get over that. Selfish? That's worse, may be a deal breaker.

You don't need a reason to break up with someone. If it doesn't feel right, then end it.
