No but it might insult your lady. So it might be worth in following the female celebrity & givin' your girl a could kiss to make up for it.

I kinda made a similar mistake in the past where I thought I was doing something innocent, but women struggle to understand how men's mind works here & can view you even just commenting that you like something as a challenge to her ego. Unfortunately my case was online & she was so neurotic she never really allowed me to fix it (I said a character I wanted her to play as in a game had a nice ass, so yes I feel she overreacted even if what I said was insensitive).

HOWEVER... if you're doing it "secretly" and also knowing that your girl does not like and will be upset about it

she's still going to feel cheated or aggravated

If you just follow that person and don't stalk her, don't ask for nudes or semi clothed pictures, if you don't interact with her, if you don't send hearted emojis and if you don't post deviant comments or sexual stuff with her, then it is not considered as cheating as long as the person you are in a relation with is aware of what you are doing and is OK with it.

If your partner expresses concern about you following a celebrity, then you would be cheating if you do it behind his/her back despite his/her reservations.
