Am I overthinking our intense eye contact, or is there real attraction?

So, there's this man I'm interested in... and lately, there were times when we would unexpectedly cross paths, and there was eye contact happening every time. I don't know how to explain it, but I could literally feel the tension in that eye contact. Initially, I thought maybe I was just being dramatic, but on the last day, it became a lot clearer. Honestly, that intensity of the eye contact... I feel so exposed lol... and it's always me looking away first because I get flustered.
I think there are other subtle signs, but I am very dumb when such things are in question, so I might not even understand most of them.
Am I overthinking, or is there something for real?

I do not think you are overthinking it. If a guy makes good eye contact he is confident and he likes what he sees. He would not do it if he was not interested in you. Is he around your age? Maybe ask him out and see how it goes!
