The longer they last, the more likely they are to become mutual. I’ve had two in my last job. One was instant, at least for me to her. The other took longer but started with her to me. Seeing her in that light grew mine for her. Both are close, long lasting relationships even though we no longer work together

I feel like if they’re left by themselves long enough it’s possible but if they’re around other co workers and are just trying to do their job then I doubt it.
