When you have chemistry with a guy is it usually mutual?

If a girl has intense feelings for a guy how can you tell if it really is mutual and there is chemistry?

Things I’ve noticed about him- he checks me out a lot but only my face-he kind of just stares entranced ha, he gets nervous around me, our conversations are somewhat hard work though because I think we are self conscious. I do feel frustrated by this, because I think we are fairly similar and maybe overthink I don’t know.

I see him have pretty free flowing conversations with other girls, he sometimes looks at me in awe, at times he stutters (but he doesn’t have a stutter), he locks eyes with me a lot intensely, not like other people. He sometimes seeks my attention when talking to other guys.

Is this chemistry or what is it?

He is very good looking, so I’m surprised he gets so nervous or fidgety around me.

I'm a firm believer that chemistry is a two-way thing. I think that if one person feels it, the other does too.

Now... whether the other person is willing to act on it is it's own question.

Ok thanks for this, yeah I hope he feels it too. So true why doesn’t always mean acting on it I guess.. what could be the possible reasons for not?

The timing in life could be bad... maybe the person lacks confidence... sometimes it's a simple matter of the person not prioritizing romantic connections so they don't act on stuff like that.

It's crazy to think about, but there are a lot of people out there who don't really have reasons for not doing things, they just don't do them.

Ha no it wasn’t, just meant he is very handsome and could get any girl, so I’m not sure why he is nervous around me.
