Do you think 'chemistry' is mutual?

Hopefully, you all know the feeling - when you're talking with someone and you meet their eye and then you feel 'fireworks' (or sparks or chemistry - whatever you want to call it) between you.

Well, my question is: if you feel this, how likely is it that someone feels the same way? Is chemistry a shared feeling or can you just imagine it's there? Is chemistry even a real thing?

When you love another person it's very hard for them not to love you back if you are comfortable with yourself and your feelings and know for sure this person is meant to be with you (it doesn't work if you are needy or desperate). Therefore I think chemistry is very real and if you feel it with another person and you are not sure their feelings for you, if you start loving them they will most likely love you back.

lol - I probably should have made the question clearer; I think a lot of people assumed that (or just like Chemistry jokes :P)

chemical bonding must include both molecules for there to be a bond. And some atoms are more electronegative than others (I think people are the same way).

That being said, attraction can definitely go one way...

I think chemistry is not always mutual. Girls a lot of the time feel something when there isn't anything there. But I do believe in chemistry.
