First real long term girlfriend , I met at a nightclub in Mentone , Victoria Australia, I was 19 , she was too young to be in there ( 17 ) ..

Oops I read the question as " first girlfriend "

That's how you had to meet back then , or maybe at work or though friends..

Online began in 1998 , and has continued , I'd really love to meet someone NOT beginning online , though running or gym , golf , on the street , but that seems unlikely.

In the church hall after mass. I took no real notice of her as at the time she was just an underage shy girl, was her older sister I was intrested in. Wasn't until a few years later that I noticed she had grown a woman's body when I saw her in her swimsuit at the local swimming pool.

I met my wife at a shinedown concert in March of 2013. I was seated next to her. Fate seemed to intervene, snow started falling heavy, she had a 4 hour drive home that would have resulted in possible death, so I offered her my bed while I took the couch. We spent the weekend together, and two weeks later she basically told me, "we are going out this weekend, you don't have a choice" and the rest is history.

She suddenly asked for my Instagram after I have been patiently or just casually sending a text every 2 weeks or more, not really expecting much.. after the inital conversation.
