Or

A guy that is a combination of tall, fit, good looking, educated and from a very wealthy family. The full package essentially.

What I am trying to ask is, is it rarer to be a stunning girl or a guy that’s the full package on paper. Obviously before getting to know them etc…

From a very wealthy family? That's just luck, not character, and doesn't make someone a better partner. Anyway, on a scale of 1 to 10, a ten is just the top 10%, although most people think of a 10 as the top one or two percent.

Depends on your definition of luck. Certainly some of it is. It also depends on what you consider 10/10. Most men think it means the top 1%. If that's your definition, then you probably won't get to date them unless you are also quite special.
