If he has a Nokia phone he can't call you. Nokia phones haven't been on the market in 20 years. There's not a telco network in the world any old Nokia phone would work on.
Its a normal phone though we talked a day before yesterday...
That is a lame excuse. You can call people on a laptop, iPad, or tablet. Nobody needs a phone these days.

Nope a Nokia normal phone its not flip it's small but doesn't have internet or web access
