Be honest. Do you fall in love with someone's potential rather than the reality of who they are currently?

I think partly yes. Although I think this is more likely the older you get because you begin to think about settling down for the long term. She. Younger a lot of the time you're just thinking about the here and now.
In a way, yes, but it has to be realistic. Don’t expect an ox to fly or a bird to haul a cart, you know?

No its in the moment its who they are right then and there. There is no potential she's already living the potential
It's just at a different level and each day that she grows that level of potential gets deeper wiser smarter more in tune
We Are Who We Are when we grow all we do is we go to different levels where the same person same wisdom we just unlock the doors Within and if you pay attention you see the potential that's already in her and you know how why she is how smart she is how confident she is and you know it can only get better deeper more explanatory
If you pay attention to people and you really read them on who they are and then a year later do it again everything's the same except for everything with x 10 at different level
But only if that's who they choose to be some people just stop everything and just kind of float there's so many different ways we can go that's who you are and what you're all about
Our potential Never Dies it just keeps growing and growing and growing it's already within us
It's how far we take it is the question
I have in the past. Years waiting for them to change to the person they promised they wanted to be. Decided to walk away because I was fed up pulling 99% of our relationship.
No, if he's not good enough now then he's not worth my time.
I’ve been guilty of that, on a number of occasions.
No but somebody's potential is something I would take into account.
Not so much potential, rather the image of them produced by my feverish imagination.
nope... that would be like shooting myself on both feet...
that's sabotage
@HawkPerception 100 percent. 💯
Anyone who says they don't isn't a dreamer ✏️📝🎠

Most women who selected yes are lying to themselves and to you
I don't think that's nessecarily true. I think most women want a finished man, but the cost of a finished man is often higher than they're willing to pay. It's no different than when you scroll and see an expensive woman. Sure it'd be nice, but who wants to deal with that.
I start out with the here and now
