It depends how quiet. Nothing wrong with a woman who's reserved. In fact that's a bit of a turn on. Most classy women are. But a woman who is "shy"? No. That's a dealbreaker most likely. Most women that say they are shy are not shy. They actually just narcissists posing as a woman who is shy.

It can be normal to be a little shy but if I feel someone’s just genuinely not invested in the date then it’s safe to assume I won’t waste either of our time
