How can I take flattering dating app photos and write a catchy profile?

I’m guilty of not putting forth effort into pictures which is a reason for bad luck on apps. Also I dunno what to write that’s catchy. Help me out what can get a woman attention on those apps? I remember decades ago I wrote funny shit in my profile and had some luck. I don’t think I’m much to look at physically as well.

Woman want a man that is honest, stable, creative and opinionated, you do not have to be the alpha football captain to get female interest, you just have to present yourself as a stable person that is capable of commitment and likes to enjoy life. Most of the women I know, choose reliability over elite metabolic attractiveness when they sift through dating profiles.
