Uh, emotionally stable.

I'm not saying finances aren't important. I'm simply saying that unless you're incredibly blessed, finances will always be in flux in life. I'm in probably the top 25% in the country as far as net worth goes. Statistically i'm in a good spot. But i still feel like i'm treading water. So at this point in my life i kind of feel like there's never a point in your life where you feel like you've arrived financially, unless you're blessed to be a multi-millionaire.

But you have to emotionally to have your best to make a good informed decision when it comes to a partner. NEVER rush this decision or let her rush you into deciding. Take as long as you need. It's always better to lose the woman than to choose the wrong woman.

Well put! However most financial experts lack the ability to maintain a healthy relationship. I’m beginning to equate financial discipline with a high risk of emotional bankruptcy

Emotionally stable. Cause lets face it, no one's gonna be financially stable for a looong time at this rate.
