people want layers, I'm funny but the women I've been with get tired of my jokes and joking around, so they want serious too. you ever heard of the ritz effect? put a starving person in your kitchen and give them a ritz cracker. They'll say thats the best food I've ever had. You give that same ritz cracker to the same person for a year, That same person who said that the ritz cracker was the best thing they ever had is now, oh, another ritz cracker, ugh. you can't keep doing the same thing, switch it up, variety people.

All these "this or the opposite" questions are attempts to find comfort in having mental issues. Funny people are called better only because it is rare to have fun whilst dumping your emotional shitstorm on the person closest to you. Doesn't mean that sprinkling emotional shitstorms with humor will magically make them easy to survive.

Funny guy. I have a quirky sense of humor myself so having someone who can keep up is a plus. Serious is OK at times I suppose, but not my preference for someone full time.
