I have been talking to a girl for a couple of weeks and I have over texted and called. Im concerned that she has lost interest as the last response from her girl was a text saying Im Buggered in reference to being tired. That was almost 48 hours ago. What is the proper thing for me to do?

Rookie mistake. Be parsimonious with your words. Leave her wanting more instead of wishing for less. Leave a little uncertainty rather than over explaining. Don't be discourteous but don't respond in 10 seconds either. Leave something to talk about face to face. And don't spill your guts in the first conversation.
