It was the first date and I met her online. She was pretty, funny and had a great personality. She even flabbergasted me by insisting she pay for her half of the meal. (You don't hear that very often)
Toward the end of dinner she told me there was something she needed to tell me. I thought for sure she was either an escaped convict or married or worse. I asked her what it was and she told me she was a witch. She told me she would like to see me again but she totally understands if I'm uncomfortable dating a witch.
I was the quintessential deer and headlights. All I could think of was to joke about it. I told her she was an amazing person and I'm sure there are plenty of guys that would be comfortable dating a witch, but it would scare me a little bit. π
What if I accidentally left the toilet seat up or something?

Well that's a hilarious end to a date! If I were you, I'd want to know how or what witchiness level she was at: white magic or black. What witch things she did, etc. She might be interesting, tho a little nutty. It's up to you...
I didn't stick around to find out. π
You poor thing!!! Could've been a short term adventure!! I'd date a warlock a few times.. just to see...
If I forgot her birthday she would turn me into a toad!
A good witch doesn't waste her time on tiny shit like that. IF you forgot her birthday, she'd disappear you to a terrible town. Toad making takes too much energy.
I think that ship has sailed, But I'll go back and look for at the restaurant.
Putting their d in a lunatic doesn't usually end well for guys.
I had about 20 online dates and she was the pick of the litter! The best of the best.
I smell a disaster but okayπ€·ββοΈ
It's okay because I never saw her after that day. We parted ways amicably.
It sounds like you handled it very well. No way in hell would I date a witch lol
I didn't want to make the post very long so I'll tell you a couple other things I said.
"So do you guys all meet up at night in the woods somewhere? And do you ever sacrifice goats?"
She just laughed and we both parted ways on a friendly basis.
Apparently she wasn't the type of witch we see in the movies but either way I was out of there. And that was the end of my online dating career. I had had it at that point.
Well that's good, it's probably a bad idea to unnecessarily make a witch mad lol
Exactly! With a normal girl you might find yourself in the dog house once in awhile. With a witch you might find yourself being an actual dog. πΆπΆ (Or a toad)
Or stewing in a cauldron lol
Gosh, I could see it now. I'm in the cauldron and they're all dancing around me like they did in that movie Practical Magic with Nicole kidman.
"Put the lime in the coconut, drink them both up," and "Put the lime in the coconut and call me in the morning." π§Ήπͺπ§Ή
Exactly π
She may have been Sam! Samantha, of Sam & Darren!
She was very nice but had some hellos family members. Not Uncle Arthur though. He was on Digbats side.
I remember Samantha and Tabitha. This gal was perfect except for that one small flaw.
Does this mean I'm a witch racist?
She might turn you into a newt.
That was so very much suck! I couldn't even see over the steering wheel anymore.
hahahah
