Should I disclose my perceived dating dealbreakers upfront to avoid rejection?

Is it ok to tell people their universal deal breakers towards you to save the troubles from rejections? Because I always tell people I don't drive because I don't meet the requirements or the criteria of datings because that softened the blows on rejections then they go and look at the next person who possible meets the requirements or the criteria of datings. Like driving, better looks and sometimes have money or have good income. I spend time on my hobbies, electronics and cooking then deal with dating departments.
