I think the only way you wouldn’t find this to be a red flag is if you’re trying to look at it through some sort of sexy, BDSM or D/S lens when it’s just not. Real life isn’t an erotica novel or movie, and usually in those communities, I’d say it’s the submissive who truly holds the power because they can stop the scenario at any moment. He’s not asking you to act out a scene, he’s wanting to control you which can eventually turn into abuse, and I don't know why on earth you’d even dream of signing up for that.
