Would you reject an otherwise perfect romantic partner just because you didn't like their name?

The reason/s could be you just don't like how their name sounds, or they have the same name as a family member of yours, or they have the same name as a bad ex of yours, or they have the same name as you yourself, etc.

I was surprised to find out this is a problem for the vast majority of people.

Maybe it's because my way of thinking is too literal but a name is literally just a word to me and nothing more?

And if I really had a problem with my perfect romantic partner's name, which I doubt because I have never encountered a name I hated that much, then I could just call them by a nickname or something.

Seems like an odd reason to reject an entire complex human being.

Nobody gets to choose their name either unless they decide to change it later in life.

But these are just my views. Maybe I'm the weird one.
