Hes been texting me pretty much non stop for 3 months. We both initiate contact. If he was interested would he have asked me out by now?

I have been in his position before... depending on his personality, he is either not interested, or he is too shy to ask you out. I don't know the guy, but if he is anything like I was, he will wait for you to make the first move. If you want him to ask you out, make it known to him that you like him. Texting for three months straight, you two are probably pretty close. If you really wanted to, you could just ask.

He probably is not sure if you like him, he is insecure about it so he does not feel safe asing. But I mean 3 months texting? does he at least call you? or only text? ... well try to show him you like him if you do, or tell him hey we should hang out, and then it will be up to him to make the plans or if you make plans together.

Just text nothing else. I asked if he wanted to go out , he said he's skint but in a few week we can, I rekong he will just keep making excuses. My gut instint is that he's not interested so I should go with that

yea I mean, truth is if he keeps making up excuses he is not interested, it happened to me before witth a girl always making up excuses, finally I mean I understood and went off as friends from there. so take it easy, try him out a couple of times, if he has more excuses then just let it be.

My first guess is that he isn't really sure if you like him or not so he's hesitant about making a move or...he probably isn't interested at all. If you want to see things progress try making a make move first.
